Hi Abby! I have a great sex-drive and I have no problems getting aroused, but I have an extremely hard time getting orgasms. I have a penis that curves slightly downward. Could this be the cause? Maybe I'm not getting enough contact down there due to the odd angle? This is especially tough when I make love for the first time with someone. To be quite honest with you, the problem you have is a very common issue with a very high percentage of  males. You are not alone. The problem it sounds you are having is a low self-esteem, worry that your partner will notice, or something along these lines. I think you are very self-conscious about it and this is why you are having difficulty in achieving orgasm, and unless you are experiencing symptoms such as pain in the shaft during sexual intercourse or while you are having an erection you shouldn't let it worry you, there is a disease called Peyronies Disease that has symptoms such as I just spoke of, if you have any of these, please contact your primary healthcare provider.
