No Orgasm During Sex

Orgasms  Advice

I have no orgasm during sex. My boyfriend and I have sex almost daily, and typically multiple times a day, and I've never ejaculated or orgasmed while he is inside of me. The sex feels good and I am aroused by him, but I know he wants me to cum and he feels inadequate because I won't/can't. I've read your articles on female ejaculation, and recognize the clear, odorless liquid; however it is something that I tend to release AFTER we have finished making love and after he has left my body. How do I fix this and how can I release during sex?

If you don't orgasm at all, visit my section on female masturbation first. You have to know how to please yourself before you can hope to teach someone else. If you can orgasm, just not during sexual intercourse, read on.

Learning how to orgasm during sex is usually something that has to be learned and is nothing that you or your boyfriend should feel inadequate about. In fact, most women don't ever orgasm from intercourse alone so at the very least you should consider yourself normal. This is the sad fact of life that the primary source of sexual stimulation and orgasm on a woman isn't located in a place where the penis touches during intercourse.

There are various ways you can orgasm during sex though with a little help.

Oral sex before, during, or after is a very popular method for many couples. The benefit of doing it before is that you "get yours" so to speak no matter what happens next. This can be fun for him simply because it's fun, but also because he can let some of the stress and anxiety go before you have intercourse and just have fun.

He could use his hand to stimulate your clitoris while you are making love. He should be able to reach it while in almost any position and will get the satisfaction of knowing that he made you come. Just remember that it's still up to you to teach him what you like.

You could stimulate yourself with your hand while making love. The best sex position for this is while you are on top and sitting up. If you've never done this in front of him he should love it. Watching a woman masturbate is incredibly sexy for almost any man. It will also teach him what you like. You should also try this doggie style as well.

You could use a sex toys like a vibrator during intercourse. There are sex toy reviews to help you choose which would suit you best. My personal favorite is my Magic Wand. Basically a vibrator is just as easy as using a hand, but you'll probably be best in one of the self-stimulating positions. Again, most men will find this incredibly sexy.

Now just because many women don't orgasm during intercourse doesn't mean that you can't. Experiment with different positions and let your partner know that your clitoris is what needs to be stimulated for orgasm in most women. He can do this, in certain positions, by pressing his pubic bone against your clitoris and rubbing it while he's inside of you. If he grinds instead of just thrusting in and out he will not only hit the right spot, but he should be able to last as long as he wants this way. Try sitting up on top of him and letting him grab your hips and pull you forward and back rather than up and down.

No matter what you try, a product like Vigorelle will increase blood flow to your genitals and will make orgasm easier to achieve. I am multi-orgasmic, but still like to use Vigorelle just because it makes my orgasms much more intense. What I do is apply a few dabs to my clitoris at the first sign of an approaching orgasm and it's amazing.

As far as the fluid being released after sex, it's probably not female ejaculation. If you are aroused during sex, your body is constantly releasing fluids to lubricate your vagina and will often expel some after he pulls out of you. Female ejaculation occurs as a release from the muscles contracting and spasming during orgasm.
