How to Foreplay

Having sex with your partner isnít all about intercourse. To make sure that both partners are ready for an evening of sexy fun, itís important to know how to foreplay. You want to get your partner excited and help them to be as eager as you are for your lovemaking. Following are a few tips to help you get their juices flowing.

The first how to foreplay tip to keep in mind is that you want to start slowly. The pleasure receptors in your body react differently when a person is aroused than they do before theyíre fully ready. When you first begin, a slow, soft touch will be likely to get them excited, whereas a rougher, faster touch is less likely to get them interested. As the experience progresses and they become more aroused, theyíll be able to handle a rougher and more urgent touching.

Kissing is the best way to start foreplay. Too often the man will begin by kissing a woman for a minute or two and then immediately move on to other parts of her body. Remember that if you want to know how to foreplay the right way, you will need to be willing to take your time. Start with slow, soft fluttering kisses. As you feel her press her body into yours and she begins to moan or her breath quickens, move on to deeper French kissing. Move your tongue around hers.

Once you get good at foreplay, you will begin to pick up on the signs of when itís time to move on. However, in the beginning, 10 minutes is a good amount of time to spend on kissing. Of course this doesnít mean that you want to have a timer set up next to the bed, but itís a good general rule of thumb. When youíre ready to move on to the next step of how to foreplay, begin to run your hands through her hair and kiss her eyes, cheeks and on to her neck. Some women prefer gentle kisses while others like more urgent kisses and even to be nibbled. Start out slow, and see how she responds when you pick up the pace.

Youíll then want to begin running your hands down her body. Most women love having their hips touched, as it can be a particularly sensitive area. After running your hands down her a few times, start to pay more attention to her breasts. Be careful not to concentrate solely on her nipples, as the entire breast area is an erogenous zone for her. Rub and massage her breast, moving in to rub and pinch her nipples occasionally. Youíll then move down to kissing and sucking on her nipples. If she pushes her breasts into your mouth and seems to be particularly excited, this is likely an indication that she wants you to rub your teeth over her nipples.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you really want to learn how to foreplay the right way, you want to wait for her signs. When her breathing deepens and she begins to arch her back into you, sheís likely telling you that sheís ready for more. However, keep her waiting for a moment. You want her to ache for you and to really want you. Before you ever touch her cunt, you want to get her dripping wet and begging for you. The best way to do this is to pay attention to her signals as to what she likes, but to insist on waiting to touch her and move on until you feel she canít possibly wait another second for you.
